I married my high school sweetheart, Cayson, over ten years ago, and together we’ve been blessed with four precious children. We’ve found a wonderful home and community in Downtown McKinney, and it’s such a joy to love and serve the people here.

I’ve always felt called to care for others and was inspired to go into nursing after my grandmother, Nan. While I was in nursing school, I began attending births as a doula, and I’ve continued supporting families through both birth and the postpartum season ever since. I became a Labor & Delivery nurse in 2016, and over the past decade I’ve had the incredible privilege of coming alongside families and providing care as they experience the transition into motherhood and fatherhood. Birth work will always hold a special place in my heart, and I look forward to continuing to support mothers and families through these transformational stages in life.

This year, I’m excited to join my beloved mother-in-law, Wendy, at O3 Apothecary, where we have the privilege of offering IV therapies and additional wellness services to our community. We hope our space is a place where people feel welcomed, cared for, and truly seen. We love facilitating connections with our clients and helping to connect them with trusted resources when they have needs beyond what we offer.

Our faith in Jesus is central to who we are and how we practice. It shapes the way we care for each person who walks through our doors. We tend to whole persons, not excluding any part of a person’s being in our care.

We believe that our bodies are resilient and made to heal when given the right resources. We also believe that we are created to be in community with each other. We hope to come alongside you in your healing journey, providing support and helping make connections so that you can thrive.

We only want to offer therapies with clean, high-quality ingredients that support the body’s natural healing processes. We specialize in advanced oxidative therapies, including ozone major autohemotherapy, ozonated glycerin infusions, ultraviolet blood irradiation, and high-dose vitamin C. We also offer customizable IV therapies for hydration, vitamin, and mineral support because wellness looks different for everyone.
