Kate Dolezal is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 total years of healthcare experience and a passion for helping patients achieve their best health. Her diverse background in patient care has shaped her whole-person approach to medicine and her commitment to partnering with patients on their journey toward healing and wellness.

Kate’s passion lies in functional and regenerative medicine. She believes the body is designed to heal and thrive when given the right environment, framework, and tools to do so. Rather than simply masking symptoms, her goal is to identify and address underlying causes of disease while helping patients optimize their health, performance, and quality of life.

She has a particular interest in regenerative therapies that support healing and recovery, including prolotherapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and joint dysfunction. Kate is passionate about helping patients avoid unnecessary medications and procedures whenever possible by utilizing therapies that harness and amplify the body’s own healing capabilities.

In addition to regenerative treatments, Kate offers a functional medicine approach that utilizes advanced diagnostic testing to uncover hidden contributors to symptoms and chronic illness. Outside of the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenagers, cheering them on in soccer, staying active, and finding new adventures to undertake together as a family.
